Bookings are accepted up to 30 days in advance via WhatsApp at +91 9884933111. A 50% non-refundable advance is required to confirm the booking, with the remaining 50% payable at check-in. A refundable damage/cleaning deposit is also collected. Walk-in bookings are not accepted — prior communication is mandatory.

No. All payments are non-refundable. The property has limited apartments, and confirmed bookings block the calendar for other guests. Rescheduling is also not entertained. In the rare event the host cancels a booking due to a prior guest's medical stay extension, a full refund of the advance is issued.

Yes. Legal identity proof is mandatory for every guest, including children. Foreign passport holders must additionally provide visa details and residential address for FRRO Form C processing.
