What every apartment includes
Regardless of which configuration you choose, every TAVAT apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen (cooking gas, stove, chimney, refrigerator, microwave or OTG, pressure cooker, mixer grinder, rice cooker, and a complete set of cookware and dinnerware), air-conditioned bedrooms with smart TVs and satellite channels, clean attached washrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi on a mesh network, and inverter power backup.
Most apartments also include an automatic washing machine with dryer, a dining table, and a study desk — making them suitable for both short family visits and extended work-from-Chennai stays.
We currently offer six apartment types across 1RK (studio), 2BHK, and 3BHK configurations, accommodating between 2 and 6 guests. Our 2 and 3-bedroom apartments include balconies.
Every apartment is fully sanitized by fumigation after each guest checkout.
